ORDERS
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Just browse our collection, select your favorite items, choose the right size, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready to checkout, follow the instructions to complete your purchase. Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email from FAITH + FASHIONS.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make any changes.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, your payment is completely secure. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to ensure your information is protected.
SHIPPING
What shipping options do you offer? At this time we only offer Standard shipping within the US. We currently do not ship internationally.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Our orders ship from the East coast. Typically, orders are shipped within 3-4 days and arrive within 7-10 days after shipping.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email from FAITH + FASHIONS when you order ships.
TRACKING
You can check the status of your order and get updates on delivery by visiting our Track Orders Page . You will need either your order number or tracking number.
RETURNS
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please fill out the return form that came with your order.
Can I exchange an item? We are a small shop, so our inventory levels are lower than big chain retailers. To ensure we still have the item you want, the best method is to place a new order and then simply return the original item for an immediate refund.
SIZING & FIT
Please read the details and information specific to each product. The most common sizes are Unisex Adult, Women's and Unisex Kids. Most items are Standard fit. When an item is a slimmer fit, the product details will point it out.
